Macadam’s focus remains on sourcing fresh, quality ingredients, preparing them simply and delivering bags of flavor and texture on the plate.

All of our meat are smoked in-house.  Pulled-pork, brisket, turkey, chicken and many of our weekly specials.

If you're real hungry go for the Macadam's Dagwood Burger.  A full half-pound of Painted Hills natural beef beef piled with Swiss AND cheddar cheese, pepper bacon AND Canadian bacon and smothered in a house made, award-winning barbecue sauce. 

Come often to sample all of our scratch soups; Tomato Basil, French Onion, Tortilla to name a few.  Don't miss the Loaded Baked Potato Soup every Wednesday: potatoes pureed with bacon, cream and a variety of seasonings and garnished with sour cream, cheddar cheese and green onions.
